I do like the fact that I can log in and find one spot to look for everything I need on a trip. what I do not like is that there are some limits or restrictions which due to the way we sometimes have to travel, can cost us by making changes. These would include extending or shortening times or charges for canceling due to changes unforeseen by us. Sometimes it ends up being easier/cheaper to go direct to the source.

The online ticket booking process in Concur was a little confusing and showed that I had violated a company travel policy. I called Fox Travel for assistance and the associate I spoke with was able to identify my issue and come up with a resolution in a very short time.
