Our travel advisor, Elizabeth Klitzka, is very helpful and professional. She knows what she is talking about. We took a group tour to Ireland last year, which was amazing!! We had the best experience. While on the tour, we met 2 other couples in the group from Wisconsin. We keep in contact with them and have booked another Fox Group Tour, Swiss Splendors, with the 2 couples. My husband and I really love going on the group trips vs. planning on our own. We saw some things in Ireland that we probably would not have done if we had planned it ourselves. We also enjoyed the coach driver, Tom, who told us so many interesting things about Ireland. I tell everyone what a great experience it is to travel with Fox Group Tours. No traveling stress at all.

Following the SW Missouri tornado outbreak, Valerie worked with me to change all my travel plans and even called the airline to change my origination point from Springfield (running on an emergency generator) to Joplin (normal power). She made two calls to United and got the trip changed without an upcharge.
