I remain in the routine of getting routine service. I know there is no real explanation from where the critters would/could come from but I'm afraid to allow them to get started. The follow-up is excellent. Although the price increases have been a bit pricey, I'm hesitant about letting it go.

Professional, timely... easy to work with..
This review is limited to the superior service provided by Frank Mayo, my pest exterminator, who is efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive. I would rate the termite technicians an 8 or 9. I would rate the Wildlife and Insulation division somewhere between 2 and 4. I had an unfavorable experience with that division and have spent and will spend additional money to correct the insulation installation they performed.
