I am a long-standing customer who is satisfied with the results of the technicians and office staff who aim to meet customers' needs. I referred my co-worker, who is also very satisfied and agreed to continue to use the service at her home. One important thing is their guarantee to return, free of charge, if a customer is unhappy.
