The staff and teachers are always friendly and outgoing. It says a lot that my daughter has a smile on her face when I drop her off and when I pick her up. She seems to be enjoying her time there. And as a parent, I like that they keep me in the loop and adjust her lessons when they see a need somewhere in her skills.
