Friendly environment
Everyone is very attentive and professional. My son enjoys his time there and it is definitely helping him. He needed some additional one on one time with an instructor to solidify certain concepts and Sylvan has helped bridge that gap.
We love it here! My husband and I see such a change in our daughter with reading and writing. So happy to have her here. I would highly recommend if your child has any insecurities in education. To give Sylvan a shot.

I haven’t had such a fantastic customer experience anywhere, in years. When I reached out online for more information, their response was rapid, and the testing I’d requested was scheduled the very next day. I’ve got a student that has quite a bit of anxiety, yet the assessment experience was low key enough that she felt comfortable, and we got her results and developed a plan that same day. She connected well with several of her teachers there, and within 3 weeks she had remediated all her learning gaps, and re-tested an academic year ahead in math (two years in language arts). Her confidence is through the roof, her attitude toward learning is much more positive, and her anxiety about school is now completely manageable. It was absolutely an investment, but for the growth she achieved (both academically, and socially) in such an incredibly short period of time, I would do it all again. With Sylvan's help my daughter has excelled in reading and is now on her grade reading level...
Great help in preparing for exams and filling in the gaps when needed. We have used for help in writing skills and SAT preparation.
My son enjoys the teachers he has at Sylvan and we have noticed his grades have come up in a bit in Reading/Language Arts.
Compared with our previous tutoring program, Sylvan is effective in improving our kid's performance.
Ms. Abby has been so wonderful with my boys with Math Homework Support. The entire staff always makes them feel so comfortable.

Sylvan is Amazing! I have used Sylvan two times. Once with my daughter in the 90's and now with my niece.
My daughter's life was forever changed by attending Sylvan. She struggled so hard with reading. After just a few short weeks she was reading on her grade level. She fell in love with books.
My niece tested on a much lower grade level than she was and now she is making excellent strides.
The Staff at the Kingwood location is amazing.

My son loves it. He actually likes it better than going to school. He told me it was fun and everyday when I pick him up from school, he asks "Is today tutors day?" He gets disappointed when I say "Not today". The fact that he is having so much fun learning is making this experience awesome! In return, it's awesome for me as well because I don't have to have a debate with him on why he needs to go. He's always ready to go!!

The tutors and administrators (Lauren and Christina) are excellent! My daughter has been going there for the last one year and i have seen tremendous improvements in her grades. She did fantastic on the SAT last month.
