My son was able to pass STAAR after Sylvan!
Christina Arnold has been so extremely helpful and attentive to our child's needs and has done an excellent job keeping us not only informed but helping us plan ahead and consider different subject areas. Our daughter has been able to work ahead this summer and achieve a solid foundation that has in turn increased her confidence in multiple subject areas. We are very happy with our experience with Sylvan of The Woodlands and grateful for their program.
It was a nice small class for individual attention. My son was very motivated and really enjoyed the coding and stem activity. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable.
Staff was very helpful and easy to work with. There was a discipline problem with my grandsons who attended the program. I would like to have been notified immediately, not later in the day when I picked them up. Otherwise, they had a good learning experience. Thank you.
My daughter was in 3rd grade and struggled with reading. Her reading scores put her into 1st/2nd grade level fluency. Within 3 months at Sylvan, she was on a 3rd grade level and passed her STAAR test with better than state, district and campus averages! She is now at a 4.2 grade level reader and has another month before starting 4th grade! The extra boost will be so helpful this fall! Her confidence and endurance to read longer has increased dramatically. I’m so impressed with Sylvan and we are so grateful for helping us instill the gift of reading to our daughter!
