I had my 2nd service for the year, What I really like is thatTrue Green sent the same service technician to apply the applications. I hope they continue to let the same service tech, as he now knows my yard and what areas that need to be treated. Aren Bruce was the service tech he seems to love what he is doing and takes pride in his work. Looking forward to a green season.
I couldn’t find the survey my tech told me about. So I want to give my feedback on him. Michael Fields is my tech and he spent some time with me today answering all my questions and he has done a great job with my yard. I can tell he cares about his quality where in the past another tech group of two did not. I am happy with his quality and integrity and do not want another tech touching my yard. He is the best and Truegreen should recognize him for keeping me a happy customer. Thanks.

The service tech today was great, he walked over the yard with me before he started treatment.
I was not home but I found the package giving me details of what had been done on my door. I was happy to see that my back gate had been closed locked. I had left it open since I was not going to be home. Very pleased with the service.

My Rep Matt is great. Before he starts he rings the bell and check if I have an issue and explains what he is going to be doing. When he is finished I receive a copy of service he provided.
David Reeves does a great job of communicating what he is doing and why. He is always very friendly and helpful in answering questions that are asked.

Brad Camp did a good job put down a lime application. He was punctual and called before coming as I had requested.
The fact you let me know when you will be there and if I'm not home you still provide the service. Also I'm on easy pay so having to leave a check or waiting on a bill.
