My yard did not look like a yard that went with the class of house I have. My home is over 9,000 sq ft and sits on 31 acres. I've had TruGreen in the past and the results were off and on. It seems like there was a change in the chemicals a couple of years back and they didn't work as well. So I ended up dropping you guys and doing it myself. That really didn't work out. Heading into the growing season this year, I received a flyer in the mail and re-upped on your service. Again, the results were the same. My weeds are growing better than ever!
That is, until Mr. Curtiss Harris showed up. I just so happened to be at home when the truck pulled up. I told and showed Curtiss how the clover was spreading, even after you guys sprayed. He was concerned and showed empathy towards by continued confidence in your company. He told me, and then showed me, he could fix the problem. Four days after he treated, the weeds are decidedly "unhappy"!! And you now have.....a very "Happy" customer. Thank you Curtiss for your excellent service and attention to my satisfaction.

1. You're using pre-emergent and broadleaf weed killer each time is great. I used to have to call to have weeds killed previously after the first application.
2. The staff applying the grass fertilizer have been great to talk to and have provided useful information.
By the way, I just recommended TruGreen to my neighbor! They had cancelled TruGreen several years ago, but may try them again.

Michael has started taking care of our lawn this year. He is efficient and since we've acquired a new puppy, he has been thorough in explaining the treatments and informing us of when it is safe for the puppy to be on the lawn. We've had issues with weeds and he has recently explained the types of weeds we have and how he's treating them. The dallas grass is very slowly disappearing. We have mostly bermuda and are more concerned with killing off weeds and hoping the bermuda takes over. So far we are pleased. We have been with Tru Green for quite a few years and haven't really seen our side yard ever without some sort of weeds. Hoping Michael can make some progress!
We are retired and would rather have the service after 10 AM from now on, It was 7:45 AM when our door bell rang for our last service!
The timing on our weed control was perfect this year - a real challenge concerning the abnormal weather. We have been members for many years and while our schedule is often a little different from your regular schedule we have been able to adjust, thanks to your flexibility. We also like the fact that you call and let us know when you are coming so that if we have put out new grass seed, which we quite often do in times that are not "normal," we can cancel the
treatment. Your service man John is particularly knowledgeable. Thanks.

Good company. I have had good service til this time. When he sprayed the weed control he miss several places I have a striped yard.
So far they have come forth to tell me what their present job is and what is being used.
In the past Scott's came and provided work I had not approved, and usually it was above
the level I had specified we would not do without prior approval from me. Trugreen just keep
informing me first.
