Spoke on the phone in advance to see when they were going to arrive. They estimated about 2:00 PM, they arrived at 2:00 PM as scheduled. Went over the areas in the yard to avoid with aeration equipment. Both techs were courteous and helpful.

I have what I hope to be a simple question. How did my lawn grow from 5500 sq. ft. (5/8 and before) to 7206 sq. ft. (on 7/18) when there has been no expansion?
This Score that I've given?? I didn't easily arrive to.... I've really had to stay on top of Tru Green and all of its Scheduled Services for my lawn care... There have been many many MANY! missed scheduled dates for Service that was due.... That I have had to run after making sure that I had the service done... Oh and yes there have been so many excuse and reasons as to why they weren't done especially when talking with corporate customer service... and at least this year it wasn't because of weather... they just didn't come out when scheduled... there were two incidents this year that they said they came out and I was home all day waiting for them to show up for service and they didn't show...they went so far as to even log in that the property was completed invoices and staked yard flags on the grounds that the property was serviced...
NOPE!! Well I could probably write a short book on all the excuses they gave... and this includes the Local GM for the Chattanooga TN area.... So you may ask..... Why Give us the

Because Customer Service People Like Ms Judy at out local TruGreen office has alway taken care of the Situation no matter how difficult it was for her to listen to my frustration about how things are going with my service TruGreen... but SHE LISTENED... WITH NO EXCUSES!!!!
and for People like Service Technicians Like MIchael Fields He as alway made sure that the Property was taken care care with the right product to take care of my lawns needs.... Why???
because.... HE LISTENED ..... WITH NO EXCUSES.... and made recommendations to ensure that my lawn was properly cared for...
and lastly the product... I know that some weeds are more difficult to kill than others... so we have to stay on them more regularly... which I'm glad that TruGreen will come as often as needed when necessary... which is factored in my score...
I have lots of People who have asked about how I keep my yard looking the way it does... and I tell them TruGreen but I also them the cost of having TruGreen and its services.. and I"m not talking Monetarily I tell them to be prepared for the headache of staying on top of TruGreen...
I understand there are many parts to a thriving company... but consistency is they key for not just survival but for Continuing Growth...
I've been with TruGreen for 4 or 5 years now and this has been the case for every year... just look at all the notes in my profile....
The Score that I gave came with a price.... Which I payed for with Frustration and time off of work to ensure that TruGreen did their Job....
So why Stay with TruGreen???? because at the end of the Day for People like MS JUDY in our local Chattanooga customer Service and Lawn Service Technicians Like JOE (who is no longer there) and Our current Lawn Tech. MICHAEL FIELDS and the FINISHED PRODUT OF MY YARD...
I don't know how long I will continue with TruGreen... Time and the Cost of Frustration will tell....
