I appreciate that my service specialist, Blake Hughes, (62211-Jeffery Hughes), left a detailed report about the service performed. He placed the report on the front door handle. He also left signs in the front and back yards, stating that the area had been treated.

I like Kilian Damue. He is friendly and knows how to thoroughly apply the fertilizers to keep my yard in tip top condition. He is always careful stepping over my very short fence that goes around the back yard containing my dogs making sure not to bend or damage it.

I would like to have him as my specialist for each of my lawn treatments as I can not rate many of your other specialists this high. He was very knowledgeable and spent time talking with me about my lawn and how to take care of it.

The tech was very patient and knowledgable and explained the condition of our lawn and recommended some other services you all provide to help with drainage and moss. Very friendly and detailed.

quality service and free retreats as needed

This is my first year utilizing your service (I utilized a different company before) and the yard seems a little slow to green up this year, but it is coming around. I was home one day last week when you came to treat for mosquitoes. The tech who was treating the yard did not know I was home, but I watched him as he worked his way around my yard and I felt that he was treating it with the same level of detail he would use on his own yard. If the techs treating the grass provide the same care, I think this will be a good relationship.
