The reps are good when they come out unless it rains the very next day and then the service is no good, so something should be done about a raincheck.
What I like most about your services are the intangibles. You listen, want to please your customers, make every effort to make matters right that somehow went wrong and follow up with the customer to ensure they are pleased with the services they were promised. Then, you send out your representatives with instructions to reservice the properties at no cost to the customer to meet their expectations. You even negotiate pricing along the way to demonstrate to your customers that you are truly there to help in whatever way you can. As a Veteran, that is top quality service and appreciating our contributions to our country having stood in harms way in defense of our country and its citizens. Thank you!

The consistency and ease of yearly pre-pay. Not to mention you do a great job and my lawn stays in good shape. I have been with you since 2008 and have no complaints. ;)
Well for one thing your service people are very courteous and knowledgeable about what
they do. I have not seen any of them hit the yard with a lick & a promise and leave. They
all take their time and do the job right. That's what any customer likes. This week I asked
about a patch of nut-sedge and he sprayed the area for us. It has already turned color and
started to die. As long as we receive service like that we will stay with TruGreen.

The technician Nisvet Palic that is taking care of my lawn is doing a great job. I am really seeing improvements since we moved from another company and he has begun caring for my yard. I also really appreciated Nick (as he calls himself) knocking on the door to talk to me about the work he is completing that day.
