The best part was, if the Nutsedge (Stickers) return in about 2 weeks, he wants me to call him back. Terry is a great people that loves his job and is very good at it. I hope I get to see him again.

My lawn tech (Kilian Damue) is the absolute best. He takes the time to talk with me and let's me know how my lawn is doing. One day when he showed up to provide service I was finishing cutting my lawn. He waited for me to finish and did not complain. He always has a smile on his face.
I don't know what type of employee recognition program you might have in place, but I strongly recommend Kilian be selected.
