I like the fact that my specialist, Anthony Sproles, is very thorough and does a great job explaining the different challenges that may be present during each season and how best to deal with them.

I wanted to commend my service specialist, Matthew Dailey. Service truck 213298. Matt is new to our route but he is already a favorite. We appreciate his diligence and service with a smile.
I was looking for "rate your specialist" on the right side of the screen, but for some reason it is not there today.
So please accept our rating of Matt as one who provides efficient and knowledgeable service.
We look forward to seeing him on our next service date.

Provided detailed report of what was applied, recommendations for care of lawn, etc. Previously I did not consistently receive that information. Blake Hughes seems to have done a great job.

Also I think it is very important and good for us all that when applying granules that over spill on driveways and road is minimized. Otherwise this just runs off into our streams and lakes. Last season I have to sweep large amounts of granules from the driveway and road back into my yard. Hopefully this will be the case in the up coming season.

Lonnie Barrett did a great job on my service. He took the time to explain to me the service he provided and the action plan going forward.

My lawn and shrubs are weed-free and healthy looking thanks to the excellent treatment I receive from Jim Anderson, my TruGreen Specialist. He never hesitates to offer additional help should it be required, which, so far, it has not. My wife and I are very happy with the service we have been enjoying from TruGreen for several years now!

Terry Clements #5770 does an outstanding job. I've been with Tru Green for over ten years and Terry is my best tech. Please do not transfer to another area. If you do I may change my service to another company.
