I like the fact that I am contacted prior to your Specialist coming out to my property to service my lawn. Matthew Dailey was the Specialist that serviced my lawn yesterday and he more than exceeded my expectations. The Specialist Terry explained in details of what he did and how it will effect my yard going forward. He completely sprayed my yard. I only want Terry Clemons caring for my yard only. The technician generally knows a great deal about how to resolve my lawns problems. They are courteous and very patient when asked a question. Schedules are flexible to permit conflicts. I have only one problem. From day 1 I have had a nut grass infestation. It's been sprayed, etc. the recent pre emergent was suppose to also help the problem. Although improved, there is still very noticeable nut grass.n when I called to get you to make a quick spray before my lawn was to be mowed, you weren't able to schedule it in. I went to ace Hardware and bought a spray bottle and individually sprayed the nut grass myself. The other services have been great but the nut grass is not good advertisement.

Ii is on time. We are informed ahead of each service with date and approximate time. After each service we receive a written info as to what treatments have been applied.

Still have crab grass or some kind of weed constantly growing, but otherwise our yard looks so much better. My wife says the gentleman that takes care of the yard is super nice and that he takes great pride in his work. Thanks.
