Shane arrived promptly at 8:50...rang the doorbell...we spoke about the problem with the wild grass in my front lawn. He advised that it need to be re-treated with pre-emergent and that it would take as long as 2-3 weeks to eliminate the problem. He was very courteous and professional.

That you let us choose how many times a year we want service, and you will still come out for an extra service if we notice a problem.

Your shrub associate, Jim Anderson, does an excellent job taking care of our shrubs, and he informs us of details we need to continue to have a lovely yard and lawn.

Ramtin did a great job, a very friendly fellow.

Question. I did not see a report at the end of the service. What kind of grass do I have. Should I seed or plug the bare spots?

I was very pleased with your man "Nick" that did the service on my lawn February 21, 2018. He was courteous and did a thorough job on spraying the lawn.

Phillip Moon was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns.

Malik did an awesome job today and took the time to explain / answer all my questions. Very professional!

The service technician Tommy (Tom) Norris was really the first individual I talked to at TruGreen that knew what he was talking about concerning what was going on with the lawn of a house I bought last year. It was very difficult to get the sales people who sold me the services, including the person who came into my yard for the evaluation. Tom told me what was happening and what can be done. Unfortunately, he is not going to be servicing my yard in the future. This is disturbing because if it was not for Tom, I would have cancelled my services with TruGreen this very day and TruGreen would have received a 1 rating.

This was due to trying to figure out what day and when the technician was to arrive to do the work. Your 1-800 number people were very unhelpful. And even when I called the so-cal local number, it when to your regional call desk. I made a total of four calls to them to simply find out when I was scheduled. One could not even find my account so I asked for a supervisor and, of course, no supervisor was available. The fact you will not give your customers a local number to talk to service (not sales) people here is very disturbing. Finally I was told I was "tentatively" scheduled for today, but there was no way to have to technician call me before he or she arrives. So I had to stay home and hope the "tentative" appointment is not cancelled. I made several calls to my sales reps, Cliff and Erica, who told me this was not the case and Tom did try to contact me today before he arrived, but he called my home line and not my cell as I requested as I was busy with work. Luckily I cut short my day to be home and Tom was finishing up. He took the time to walk around the premises answering my questions. I can tell you that if not for Tom, I probably would have cancelled TruGreen today. We will see how you do on your next visit which no one has told me how to schedule the next treatment. I have prepaid, but unless I get a schedule the next day and time by the time the credit card bill is sent me, I am cancelling TruGreen.

Ramtin Jafari performed excellent service today. I watched him apply to all shrubs around the house. I also noted that previous shrub services could not possibly reach all the shrubs without going around both sides of the house. We have extensive shrubs all around the home.
