As I requested, JEREMY was the TRUGREEN specialist for my Customized Lawn Plan Service today (Tuesday, September 26). That’s now three in a row JEREMY has professionally and effectively completed. I could not be happier with the results he’s achieved!
From the time he arrived, JEREMY was “Full Speed Ahead” applying the fertilizer and then again while spraying for weeds. His timely, effective service focused on applying the products properly the first time speaks volumes for TRUGREEN’s quality of service. As I’ve stated previously, in over a decade no other TRUGREEN lawn specialist has achieved more positive results than JEREMY!
I sincerely appreciate your schedulers honoring my request for JEREMY today. And a shout out to the folks in Trinidad that have done such a great job relaying my phone requests to the Boise office. Additionally, your TRUGREEN App worked perfectly keeping me informed of expected arrival time at my property. As he’s done in the past, Jeremy also gave me a 20-minute inbound courtesy call that I’d requested and is appreciated.
