You keep us informed of service times and when service is done.

We have been having an issue getting our landscape service. I filled out a survey and it got the proper attention. The lovely lady who called regarding our lack of service was polite, concerned and proactive. She followed up and made sure the service was scheduled promptly. We have three service contracts with TruGreen. the other two have no issues with timing, scheduling or working as proscribed. I can't thank the phone contact representative enough for care and attention to our issue. I would say her name, but I'm afraid I will butcher it, but I'll try (she will know when she reads this). Lauren, I believe is her name, sorry if I'm incorrect, sigh of relief if I got it correct.

I don’t have to worry about what to put on when. Just watch the weeds disappear and the shrubs and trees flourish. Only drawback : now a little more often!!

I think they do a good job even though my yard really rough and uneven. Maybe at some point I can have the yard evened out but I don't have any funds to that now. I have no complaints. Good job.

Prompt, always letting me know when your coming and always checking to make sure the gates are secured and closed. On top of that my lawn looks great!!!

I’m pleased with the service that are received.

All the service technicians are respectful of my property and offer recommendations after using weed and feed granules (waterings) to help control oxasis.

Overall, we've had a good experience with TruGreen.

When there is consistency with the technician that arrives at our home, the experience is great. When there has not been consistency with who arrives to perform the service, we have experience some problems with damage to flower gardens and landscape.

When we've reported the issues, TruGreen mostly responded well and one time we were given seeds to replant what was killed. Although, the work and time to replace the landscaping was a loss.

Considering all things (cost, service, results), I am happy with TruGreen. Achieving consistency and making the connection with the customer would further enhance the experience.
