The people that preform the work are very efficient, and friendly. I don't talk to them much but when I do they answer my questions while being professional, and help me understand what they are saying.
This is probably the first year I am not really pleased with the way my lawn looks. There is to much creeping charley, and mole runs.
I know it has been very dry so that may have contributed to the problem.

I would like the same tech each time. If his schedule is not in my area at time of next treatment, I would wait for Caleb. He is nice, helpful and polite. It is rare to find a good tech and when I have one, and he knows my yard, then we are good.
I particularly like the aeriation service in the fall. In fact, I'd like to have it done again this year if possible.
I received my account information letter dated Oct 9 in the mail yesterday for customer numberPhone number removed388. Under the Your first service heading it states that "At your initial service, your specialist will perform an evaluation of your landscape, surveying tree and shrub types and inspecting for pests and diseases." The Service Summary email did not contain any information about pests and/or diseases. If I remember correctly, the specialist indicated this was his first time doing the trees and shrubs fertilization. I am concerned about the cause of the yellowing of leaves on the laurel and rhodendron plants and the dead branches on the laurels. I want to avoid losing those plants. The specialist indicated he thought the fertilizer application would help prevent the yellowing. That will work if the cause is a nutrient deficiency but probably not if it is due to pests. Is there a way to tell what is causing the yellowing and branches dying?
