It's interesting that I get immediate responses when I use this box on the website. But, no contact from the immediate worker who will service my lawn. Things come up and I can't be here and my dog is outside and I'd like to be able to make a quick adjustment w/ the service guy.

That is not currently possible for communication w/ the service guy/gal.

The website support to a "live" person in Lincoln is pretty fast. If that is how I have to adjust, I will.

The weeded I have been fighting for several years are GONE.

After the terrible experience last year and not being able to get to my trees when the Japanese Beatles showed up, TruGreen did a great job rescheduling to be at my place as I requested, as I know within days every year of when they show up. Had none this year and my trees were spared from the beetle infestations and damage they do. I was very happy with the service this year! I hope next year will be as good!!

The service was good. I like how you could track on line when the service was in your area and you would receive updates of when they would arrive to do your yard work.
