TGSpecialist Dwight Lamb just finished applying insecticide/fungicide to our shrubbery and new landscaping plants. He explained the treatment and care needed for our red tip shrubbery some of which has been affected by leaf spots...He was knowledgeable as to the treatment, professional and courteous. Good job Dwight...altho I may have used Dwayne a couple of times... my apologies....lol...and Good job TruGreen....Keep it up...

What do you like about our services?

Tru Green uses the right products for your lawn at the right times of the year. They keep my lawn looking good. If there is a problem....I call and they come out to correct what is going on.

I appreciate that I was called regarding a complaint I previously made via survey. The local trugreen remedied the problems that were service related. My complaint was mostly about a corporate issue though. Local trugreen facility gets a 100% for follow up and latest service visits. Thank you!

Ashton is doing a great job and it is easy to tell the difference from what my lawn looked like when the service initially started to what it looks like now. I am also glad that he cares enough to pick up the dog toys. Easy to talk to. Hope he continues to service my lawn and area.

Friendliness & the professionalism. of the tech.
However, the weed problem has been going on for 6 years &. Just east of me they are finally building on a lot that was the cause of the weeds. However, the weeds are still OUT OF CONTROL.

Your products work well when you send a specialist who covers my complete yard. Scott Moore treated the yard on June 17, 2019. He did offer recommendations on watering, etc. He, again, appears to care. Thanks.
