I travel a lot and don't often get to talk to the Trugreen folks. Dwight came to my door last weekend to tell me he was going to be not the property. I asked him a few questions and looked at various items on the property. He was patient, informative, friendly, and helpful.

Byron Hewitt did our mosquito defense ... we sincerely appreciate it. Because my husband is highly susceptible to mosquito (and other) insect bites, keeping on top of these treatments is of great importance to us.
Dwight Lamb provided Insect and Disease Control for our trees, plants, shrubs. We spent a significant amount of time talking with Dwight about the "rust" issue that has developed on our river birch tree and discussing the general health of the other plants and shrubs in our yard. He was very caring, concerned, professional and knowledgeable. He took samples from our diseased river birch tree. I also provided him with pictures I had taken of the extensive leaf loss from the tree. He told us he would take the samples back to Trugreen to ask one of the specialists to see if he could determine the scope and type of disease(s) which might be present. We told Dwight that we had already contacted an arborist who had given us his thoughts about the tree and the treatments that should be done ... but that he recommended injection treatments not be done until autumn, when the weather is much cooler so that the tree doesn't go into shock. Dwight said that he would confirm with the Trugreen specialists as to what they recommend.
We are feeling much better about our Trugreen services following both of these treatments. Thank you again, We sincerely appreciate your working with us.

Ashton S came today and gave our lawn an exhaustive examination in all its areas. He explained, in terms that we understood, what we need to do to improve our lawn's bad areas, and also direction to better irrigate our lawn, He is an excellent communicator. .

At around 8:00 p.m. yesterday, my husband and I reported a couple of issues we were having with our Mosquito Defense and Plant, Tree, Shrub care with Trugreen via the TruGreen customer feedback form.

Within less than 18 hours, we received a phone call from one of the managers for TruGreen in our area (Kerry). We were not here when Kerry called us, so she left a detailed message on our home phone saying, among other things, that both services are scheduled for this coming Friday and that the technicians have been alerted to the issues we raised.

Kerry was the consummate professional in the way she handled/addressed our issue as thoroughly and quickly as she did ... so, I wanted to personally call to thank her for her attention and concern.

When I called to speak with her, I found Kerry to be very professional, efficient, customer focused, and caring. She expressed her sincere desire to address our concerns as quickly as possible and asked for feedback following the services on Friday (which I promised to provide to her via the TruGreen feedback form as well as to call her directly to give immediate verbal feedback).

I must say ... "Wow, what a difference 18 hours makes". My husband and I feel so much better knowing that Kerry is on top of our situation. She embodies the caring service and professionalism that we have always associated with TruGreen; and has shown us the kind of personalized caring service which has caused us to be loyal TruGreen customers for over 25+ years (Austin, Southlake, Colleyville)..

Follow up on complaints in a more timely manner, as was done today, Ms Carrie had an appointment with me and she was her on time to review my problem which I so appreciated.

The Tech's I have assigned to my yard this year are wonderful.

Jacob took over for Dexter and my yard is really starting to look good. Dexter killed about 120 sq feet in my back yard last year and ignored everything else. The local branch will soon put down sod to replace my dead patch. However, Jacob has been here twice so far and all areas are much improved.

My tree and shrub techs are just as good. Last year I had Sam and he has been replaced with a new Sam. New Sam is very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about what is planted in my yard. Everything is in bloom and happy.

Marshall R. did a tremendous job today filling in for Carrie Shewbart. I've been very impressed by the professionalism and level of care provided by my TruGreen specialists.
