Normally you come on time.

I always am informed when a service is to be done and updated throughout the day. Technicians are always friendly and polite.

Scheduling,?effectiveness of application. But never get around the edges good enough -?weeds, winter grasses, etc. The middle looks great.

I appreciated the speed in which our service was started.
Our specialist Jacob was very professional in appearance and demeanor.
My concern, and I mentioned it to him prior to beginning our first treatment, was that we were supposed to be getting a lot of rain not too long after his arrival (which was around noon) We ultimately got an inch of rain which I was concerned would wash away the treatment he has just done. When I chatted online with a rep she said that the rain was good for the treatment (none of that made sense to me) All of the sprays and granular forms of fertilizer, preemergent and weed killer I have personally used have said not to apply when a big rain was expected.
I am skeptical.

Every Tech or manager I have met over the years has been a professional. When I have had a problem, or thought I had a problem, TruGreen was always willing and helpful. The local office is great, good organization.

I have had Trugreen services for several years, and I am pleased with the services provided. When the men come to service my lawn they always knock on my door to let me know they are working in my yard and to remind me of the specific treatment they will be applying. They knock on my door and leave me the statement when they are finished. I am able to pay online.
