Service is provided regularly, without having to schedule it. The tree/shrubs service saved one of our 12 year old front yard hardwood trees.

For the most part, I like how the preemergent treatments keep weeds to a minimum in my yard. I also like the satisfaction guarantee if a reservice request is warranted. We've been a Scotts/TruGreen customer for 11 years in this home and we were customers in our home previous to this one. Overall, we've been quite pleased with the professional service, value, and results that TruGreen has provided over this extended period of time.
