I did not pick up yesterday's voicemail regarding aeration scheduled for today. When your representative saw that my sprinkler heads were not marked, he did not just start aerating, but followed up with me personally. Montrel Young has excellent customer service. We will schedule aeration at a later date.

Carrie did a great job on modifying and repairing our sprinklers. The individual doing our first lawn service was informative and good to work with, as was Mike in the local office.

On coming out again to spray the grassy weeds that survived the first service, our service was not done on the planned date due to weather concerns. The service was done the next day when we were away due to other commitments. While paperwork was left with directions, we would have preferred having been home to ask additional questions.

Our service specialist, Ashton Stewart did an excellent job in proving service and answering questions. Our lawn continues to be the best lawn in our area thanks to specialist like Mr. Stewart.

This tech is very very good. He is courteous, friendly and very thorough. I like how quickly you follow up with any and all problems that I have questions about.. I wish your prices were a little bit lower.
