I am very pleased with my specialist Ashton. Very polite seems to know what he is doing.Calls ahead of time to let me know he' on his way. Easy to talk to.

I have not had a the best of luck over the past couple of years, but Ashton seems to take the job very seriously. The yard isn't there, but seems to be on the mend.

Today Specialist Corey Tedin serviced our yard with weed killer to eliminate evidence of winter grassy weeds. Corey has been our TG Specialialist for a number of years and is always helpful to us in addressing or lawn needs, very courteous and knowledgable. Corey does a great job for us and is an outstanding Specialist for TG.

Sam Illig was the most helpful today. Not only was he friendly, his manners and took the time to give me info on our existing shrubs. The gentleman that was here the time before was unhelpful and would not treat a certain part of our shrubs that were in our yard. Sam was above and beyond nice and helpful. He also treated the shrubs that were not done the last time the yard was treated.

The service is getting very expensive & there are no discounts (i.e. senior) given.

I continue to be completely satisfied with the health and appearance of the lawn and landscape. I am particularly impressed with the weed control provided by TruGreen. The difference in appearance of our yard vs yards without this service is truly amazing. All employees with whom I have had contact are professional and helpful. I have had some issues recently with the new TruGreen App which attempts to communicate scheduling of services, as well as billing. There are some issues with this system, but it is fairly new.

I had my second service today and my Lawn Specialist was Scott Moore. I was very impressed with him. He was very courteous and very informative. He made me feel very comfortable and reassuring about my lawn. He took time to explain everything to me. I would very much like for him to service my lawn if that is possible every time. If there is some way that I can make that happen please let me know. He's the BEST!!
