Tru Green provides a variety of lawn/garden/pest services. I simply select those that meet my yard's needs. It is nice not having to worry about fire ants when I go out to garden or ticks or fleas. In mosquito season we rely on the mosquito service to make our yard livable. I would rather donate blood for a good cause to the local bloodmobile as opposed to the hordes of hungry mosquitos. And, if the mosquito population gets too high, Tru Green will send out a team to retreat the yard at no extra cost with no questions asked. We have used Tru Green for years and will continue to do so. If I need to chat with a customer service rep in my local branch, they are professional and pleasant, especially Richard and Al. Tru Green allows me to enjoy the yard by taking care of the drudgery parts.

We are very happy with the service. True Green provides service for several of our companies and locations. The customer service for the commercial department is extremely knowledgeable and is always able to assist with any questions we have or resolve any issues in a timely matter.

TruGreen is very efficient, I’m texted that my service representative will be at my house, one day prior, on the day of service, receive a text he’s on his way, and then when he arrives & also when he leaves. If I don’t speak to the rep. or not, I’ll still receive a service summary on the day service.
Team is courteous. I get reminder phone calls and text on when my next appointment is. I get updated text messages the day of service. Great customer service.
