My Mar 2 visit was probably one of the best service I've received. The reason I say so is because of all the services I've received there has only been three (3)Trugreen employees and one them was Scott Fox, the other one besides Robert was Juliet that has gotten on their knees pulled up some grass to closely examine my lawn to try to see what the problems were I had been reporting. All the other techs just looked at my lawn from a standing position to analyze the reported problems. Since November and prior to this service I had been told to water my lawn by some of them, not to water by the others. Robert took his time examined my lawn, he even reviewed previous service reports. From observing his work ethics that service Robert did an excellent job, was professional, and seemed to be very knowledgeable.
From the services I've received starting in November, I've been told by the techs that my lawn would return to normal by March.

On 1-10 23 I received a lawn service from Peter Rodriguez. He walked with me to point out problem areas and what I could do as a follow up to assist in promote a healthy lawn. He told me ahead of time what he would be doing during the lawn service. I was very happy with the service. I like the new equipment he used. I believe it made the the service more effective and efficient. I hope to see more of Peter in the future.
I am so pleased with the technician that is taking care of my lawn. Unfortunately, I don't have the typed report he left on my report that gives his name. Our technician is very detailed in evaluating & then treating our sod. He gives great feedback on the report he leaves on our door at the end of each visit.

The fertilizing and chemicals have hrlped my lawn to grow very nicely. Without the service you get chinch huge, diseases. Lawn gets eaten into spots and gradually gets more serious problems. It is needed in our area.
Your technicians are extremely polite when arriving and I appreciate their explaining what the service of that day will entail.

notifications and service - especially like my trees and shrubs service (but prefer Scott Fox as my service man ) Lawn service seems to be different person almost every time. I think having the same tech care for my lawn and shrubs is an advantage. Having different people, the person does not stay familiar with my lawn and its needs.
