4-19-2024, branch 5767 Tamp (Oldsmar) FL, specialist Anthony B. Anthony rang our door bell (As long as it's not too early) and I really appreciate that so that we can at least briefly talk our lawn needs. This was Anthony's first time treating my yard and I was VERY IMPRESSED with his responsiveness and apparent diligent work. I mentioned weeds and that it had been a real problem the last several months. His report documented that in detail. I think the treatment (special, weed problem) of several weeks agio was effective and I'm anticipating Anthony's regular application will help significantly.
SEPARATE ISSUE: this feed-back/survey IS VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN. It open, aftger many unsuccessful mouse-clicks when I clicked-on the leaf icon. TO GET THIS KIND OF FEEDBACK, make it EASIER TO OPEN IT.

Giving a ten to Justin Berry our service tech. Took time today to listen to me and answer questions regarding someone leaving a note on my door saying I had weeds and Chinchbug. I am a regular customer so do not understand why a representative would not have my info on his Ipad. This person named Billy I presume was just going around the neighborhood and scouting for new customers.
Justin went all around the yard and gave a detailed report of what he did. Very polite and efficient young man.
I am very happy with my tech specialist, Rashad Tolbert and the fact that my lawn has improved since he has been treating it monthly. The only issue I have is that you do not schedule him every month and I have to call and specifically request him. I am tired of having to do this since he is my preferred specialist. In fact, if you change my specialist to someone besides Rashad Tolbert. I will cancel my service. I have had a lawn service before I changed to TrueGreen and what I have learned from that bad experience is it is the tech specialist who knows the lawn and the specific issues more than it is the chemicals put down.
