Today Juliet E. came and gave us a “thorough” service done right. In the past, we’ve had other techs who either need more training or lack work ethic or just don’t care about the job that they do. Seeing her show up was a breath of fresh air, a relief, because I knew the job was going to be done right! What I like about your service is that it WORKS !!! When I look out at my lawn and see how nice it is and my yardman says that our lawn is the only one he cuts because his other clients don't follow through with watering as instructed by your technician Jamie (who is wonderful), that's what I like about your service. The old saying "seeing is believing" well that's true for me and TruGreen care. Thank you a job well done each and every time.

Yesterday Walter provided service for our lawn. He rang the bell and we discussed what he was going to do, including reapplication for fungus growth. Asked him to check back if he found anything else. He did what was needed and went on is way. Many thanks for a great service call!
