My 'guy', Chris Wilhelm, is very knowledgeable and is not shy about explaining what he's doing and how it will help my lawn. He has never been anything less than 100% professional and a wonderful representative of TruGreen, with whom I've had my disagreements. If the weather doesn't indicate a certain, slated service will be beneficial, he's still all about my lawn, not about performing services to make more money, which won't necessarily be a benefit to me.
my yard looks better than the service I had before. It is greener and thicker which means it is getting the food it needs. Customer service is fabulous - technician is very knowledgeable about plants and products being used. Highly recommend TruGreen.

It works I have no weeds unlike if I was trying to get rid of them.
I like the fact that I can choose between liquid and granular.
However I have two lawns and I would like to be given the choice by phone the day before as ai have had a hard time getting through by phone.
