I have had True Green for quite a few years now and for the most part have done a great job. If there is ever an issue you have been good to come back and correct it. I do have an issue with a creeping weed between my sidewalk and the street that does not seem to go away, but gladly have not had an issue with dandylions.

My trees have never looked better, and Gene Paulsen, my Specialist, is awesome. So professional, courteous and takes whatever time is needed to answer my questions. I trust him and appreciate his knowledge. He has been especially considerate of my new landscaping and keeping his eye on everything.
I will say that I called a week ago to have Gene take a look at my rose bushes for bugs, and at that time spoke with your representative and I asked to have someone come and give me an estimate for aeration. I was told someone would call me within 24-48 hours but a week later I have not received a call. Disappointed to no response. Therefore, I am having the company that does our homeowner lawn service to do my aeration. Was hoping for a good bid from TruGreen and wanting you to do my aeration.
They always come when they say they will. My yard is so much better now.
Very professional staff. courteous, nice, sociable A staff that I have encountered. A. I have communicated to Omaha staff that I would appreciate sprinkler system flags for next fall. I did not receive any this year and had to use make shift supplies. Thank you.
B I have communicated this in a previous survey, but Council Bluffs is an equal customer to Omaha. Throughout this year I have requested to be the first customer in the morning and this has not happened. Often times I am the last customer of the day or late in the day. I like to be here in case the tech has questions or if I have questions. When I have called during the day the phone staff are not able to inform me as to when the tech will arrive. Please work so that customers have a narrower window of service. It appears that Council Bluffs is served after Omaha is served during the day.? I am a nice customer who would like to be a first out customer of the day, so that I might be able to run errands later in the day and not worry about this appointment. Your help is appreciated.
