Very good at service when called about weeds growing, Tech is very nice and leaves detailed summary on the door. I just wish you could get rid of the thick grasses that seems to be taking over my lawn. I'd be interested in talking with someone about getting rid of these thicker grasses and get back to the KY bluegrass that we started with. Thanks!!

We were with Scotts Lawn Care for many years before Tru Green took over 2 year's ago. In the beginning, Scotts performed the service at a reasonably good rating, but not without reminders and failed visits. We have always pre-paid for our 6 visit service and Scotts failed to fulfill two of the services we paid for the last year with them. Tru Green made it right and that is why we re-signed with you. We have been very pleased with your service and will definitely pre-pay our service with you for 2018 if you keep our price down to a level we can afford. We are both near 80 year's of age and on a fixed income. Our budget for 2018 does not allow for an increase in rates. Thank you for doing a great job this year, i.e., calling before you come to give us a chance to clean up the yard, keeping an eye on the weed problems, and blowing the fertilizer off the sidewalks and driveway so it does not leave spots.
Do a good and our yard and trees and scrubs look good.
Your service has always been timely and good. People are friendly and appear to try and do the best job possible. The only criticism I have is with the last application... It was extremely windy, and a liquid was applied in some spots. If it were me, I would have waited until the wind speeds were below 30 - 40 mph, even if that took a couple of days.
Otherwise I am very happy with your service.

Treatments are applied at the proper times during the season, resulting in a very healthy looking lawn.
Our lawn looks great! If we need to communicate with company or service technicians we have been able to do it successfully either by calling or talking directly with technicians and the follow-through has been good.
