Lawn, trees look great.
Great customer service the guys that come out to spray the trees and shrubs . Usually inquire if there's anything else before they leave. Take time to answer any questions I have. Wish the lawn guys would do the same.

During good rain very green this year but I don't have a schedule that allows me to water in the morning the entire yard. Heat stressed on brand new grass this year but rest of yard still doing good.

Hort Tech was very professional and did a through job treating for beetles. Service was prompt. I purchased the plan and they were out in 1 one week. My regular tree service for pruinging told me they couldn't be out for 6-7 weeks.

I was a Struyk customer who is now serviced by TruGreen. I have only had one treatment so far, but I have to say I am thoroughly impressed with the service we have received. I have used other lawn care services before in hopes to have a nice looking lawn and always felt like they did their job with weed control, but nothing more. Trugreen has exceeded my expectations by truly being my lawn care experts. I was impressed with your customer service and the process and format of the service ticket that was left for me. Not only did it give me great information for helping me to maintain a better lawn, but the Trugreen specialist made useful recommendations for additional services that made sense. This type of service is what helps both the customer and the business to mutually benefit. Please keep up the good work and continue the service ticket comments/recommendations!
My yard certainly looks better than it did before. We still have some weeds that even Trugreen can't seem to get rid of tho. Other than that, I'm very happy with them. Very pleasant employees. I've never had any problem with them at all.
