Keeping the lawn healthy
I generally do not take the time to fill out surveys, feedbacks or forms. However, as I was beginning to separate myself from TurGreen for all the re-services ive had to request at no benefit to myself or the company I had the pleasure of working with Shawn Buford - 79519. He arrived (even though Trugreen did not call, text or email, which was disappointing and i expected better). He was already worn down from the day, but still took time to listen to my concerns (he wasn't the normal tech on my lawn), listen to my questions / concerns and answered them with the utmost respect and even gave me information i did not know for months regarding my lawn! He is truly an asset to TruGreen, respectful and everything i would want out of an employee. Its disappointing hes going out on leave OR i would request him for EVERY visit as he works, works hard and even goes back through to perfect it! Thanks to Shawn, TruGreen has my service for the foreseeable future pending any setbacks...Thank you, Shawn and best to your recovery.

Great lawn care
We are very, very happy with TruGreen. We use TruGreen for lawn care, plant care and now for Mosquito control.
Our lawn looks fabulous. We started with no grass, lots of weeds and now after four solid years with TruGreen we have a beautiful healthy lawn. We love the fact that if we notice any lawn issues, the service team is more than happy to come out and treat as necessary. As an example, our lawn recently developed a fungus due to the excess rain in our area. TruGreen came out, assessed the situation and treated for the fungus.
Our plants look great. They get fertilized and treated for bugs and disease on a regular basis.
Quite happy and recommend TruGreen to all our friends and neighbors. Our lawn and yard get compliments all the time....so that says it all.
The technician Desie Henry always
does a superb job. He is friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with Dustin Keiger, our specialist. He introduced himself and carefully explained issues with our lawn and what expectations to have as we proceed with our lawn treatments. He was very personable and professional, a true asset to the TruGreen Company.
I like being able to enjoy my beautiful lawn thanks to the periodic treatments. Marcus my lawn care specialist does a great job. I did share with him my disappointment in the reseeding that was done last fall.

The technician Desi Henry was courteous, very detailed and honest about what was going on with our lawn. He took the time to explain everything to my husband and I. Although scheduling did not have us scheduled for the correct date......Desi Henry added us to his schedule and came out of his way to service us, which was very impressing because my husband was ready to cancel all services with TruGreen. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Service is done on a regular basis, even if I'm not at home, and seems effective.
Makes our lawn care easy.
The tree and brush program kept my landscape healthy for many years. When I cancelled due to a pet with tumors most of the ornamental bushes became diseased and were on their way out but after my do passed away I reinstated the service and many of them have come back. The mosquito service is phenomenal. They bit me in spite of using sprays and creams but now I can garden or sit outside without having to swat constantly.

Donald C. was extremely helpful and answered all questions I had for him. He went above and beyond and even helped my wife move my kids trampoline when I was not able to be home.
Our specialist, Dixon Wyte, was at our home on May 23rd and we were very impressed with his professionalism and performance. My husband had a couple questions about the treatment and Dixon was very informative and took the time to explain it to him. He was sure to let us know what he would be doing for us on this scheduled appointment . Dixon also closed all gates when he was finished working on the property and we appreciate that.
Tech Jason was awesome and kind today.
