Aric Nichols was extremely nice and informed regarding what is needed to keep my yard strong, healthy and beautiful.
I wanted to let you know that my Specialist - Dustin Keiger - did a fantastic job of explaining the service and setting expectation during the Aeration visit. He seems very knowledgable and I feel that he will execute a sound program to get my lawn back in shape.
I left TruGreen after 10 years (8 in Minnesota, 2 at the present address) because of lack of communication and follow-trough. I have developed a trust with Dustin and am confident he will follow through. I request that he be my Specialist from now on. Please confirm via email as this is instrumental to my 2019 decisions with respect to lawn care.
I do not want anymore shrub services - maybe next year. Please remove those from the program for now.

I liked the fact that everything was explained before the services started. And the services was completed with details of what was done on the service days left in detail. The staff was professional and answered any additional questions.
the technician, Desie Henry, who aerated and over seeded our lawn was very courteous and professional. He made sure I knew what services were to be provided, any concerns that I might have, and then closed the loop when he was finished. Very nice young man that you should be proud to have on your team.
Mr. Desie Henry did an excellent job, he was very detailed and worked very hard in the heat. I have used Trugreen for awhile he did the best job compared to other techs. He was well spoken, polite and mannered. Outstanding employee he makes your company look good!
Really happy with service performed on 10/03/2018, aeration & seeding by specilist 78263-CHERRINGTON CLARKE . On arrival he asked me if we have any concerns and he walked around the yard with me and understood the need. He got started and and did and excellent job reaching out to corners and hard to reach areas. Watched through window to make sure he does all that needed and was very happy to see him do the work sincerely, very happy with his service today and writing this review as wanted to let his manager know about his good work
Wish every specialist who comes out to provide the service sincerely whether we are there or not. they should go around the lawn checking on weeds and the grass health and treat well. Weeds have been a always a concerns, edges around the driveway, mail box, flowerbeds should be given special attention
The technician, David Hart, was very friendly and courteous. When he arrived, we walked the property since it is a challenging spot, I have a large hill with tree roots that I told him to aerate as much as he felt comfortable and then stop; which he did. He made multiple passes with the equipment to get good plugs in the ground. He also made multiple passes with the spreader while applying the seed to get good coverage.
It was a very hot afternoon and he arrived just after noon; so it was brutal working conditions. However, David did an excellent job and kept a positive attitude. I would welcome him back for future work.
Our service tech returned to inspect and redo the original aeration for our lawn. He was very helpful in talking through the process and how he would correct the concerns. His name was Desie Henry, ID 69386
I did share today that there is a bare spot left following the aeration that I would like for someone to inspect so we'll know if straw for that area is needed. In the past, this area was very plush and established. My guess is it was just soft during the aeration process. Your advice would be appreciated.

My specialist Aric Nichols is t he best!! He kept me well informed when I had questions about the application process and my lawn appearance. Please send him back everytime!! I definitely give him a 10+.
Our feedback score of #10 is due to Ryan Williams (#28449). He has been the best lawn care Specialist that TruGreen has sent to us. If Ryan is the person who will continue to service our lawn, we will strongly consider another annual contract.
Your right on time with your service and do a good job on most of the weeds but NOT the crab grass. We seem to have more crab grass than our neighbors who don't use a lawn service.
Specialist 69386, Desie Henry aerated and reseeded my lawn today. He was incredibly professional and overall I'm very pleased with the job he performed. When he arrived he promptly came to my door and explained the reason for his visit. He was very thorough even though it was a sweltering day. When he finished he returned to my door to explain how to care for my lawn. I appreciate his hard work and attention to detail.

What I liked about my service today was the specialist Desie Henry who came out to re-aerate and re-seed my lawn. He was very professional, friendly and provided excellent customer service. Desie Henry reviewed my lawn and saw all the missed areas that the previous specialist had left, and assured me that he would take care of it. He did just that. He was very thorough and took pride in his work. He did an awesome job. I was a happy customer for the first time since starting the service. Had it not been for Desie Henry today, I probably would not be a continued customer today. Awesome person, awesome job.
I am giving a 10 today for the specialist Desie Henry, who came and re-aerated and reseeded my lawn like it should have been done the first time. Desie Henry was very professional, friendly and provided awesome customer service. He reviewed my yard and saw all the missed areas that the previous person had missed. He assured me that he would take care of it and he did just that. I was very pleased with his thoroughness and the pride he showed in completing his work. AWESOME person, awesome job!!!! Going forward I would like to request Desie Henry for all of my lawncare needs. Had it not been for him today, I probably would not be a continued customer today.
