I have never had much grass in my yard...lots of red dirt and plenty of weeds. I have been using your service for going on 3 years now. My grass is green and the dirt patches are filling in nicely. Recently, I had the pleasure of speaking with one of your employees as he came to service my lawn. He was so professional and such a nice young man to talk with. The original day they came(4/24) it was raining lightly. I called and asked if that was okay and the woman told me she would send Demario back out again. He called and told me the date he would be there to reapply everything.
On 5/2 he came back and and did my Tru Health Lawn Free service. Love that they recommend what to do afterwards..

The app that tells you when the service person is near and when they've arrived as well as when they're finished. Service people are very friendly and professional.
I like the fact i can pay yearly, i dont have to be home for them to do my service. The guys offer suggestions on lawn care.
We had some problems for a period of time, but Brian and the team at TruGreen Mooresville have really stepped up. Our lawn is now one of the most beautiful in our neighborhood. Thanks, Brian, for all your great work.

The personal touch, the way that each tech rings the doorbell and lets us know what he is about to do, why, and thoughts on our lawn or landscaping.
My TruGreen specialist, Dustin Keiger, does an excellent job on my lawn. He is very professional and courteous and explains what he treated for and what areas will need further treatment, especially if any weeds were present. Many of my neighbors comment on the condition of my lawn and how nice it looks and that is a reflection upon Dustin's work. I would recommend TruGreen and Dustin to anyone wanting to have a beautiful lawn.

There is an improvement in our lawn. Also the service techs are always polite and willing to answer any questions that we might have. They also ask if we have any concerns. Our last visit we had 2 techs one of them Matthew Carpenter.
