Good thing I was home because Mr. Rivera didn't know what exactly had to be done/sprayed on my property (it was his 1st time to my property). I found him very professional and obviously wanted to do a correct application. I was busy with another individual and wasn't able to see his work in progress. However, I would rate him 10 on professionalism, attitude, and wanting to do the best job--which he probably did.
Concern shown by technician that service my yard and the satisfaction guarantee provided by the company. If I am not satisfied you come back and retreat at no charge.
Mario, was here today to lime my yard!! Mario is very professional and I would like him to handle all my lawn service he appears to be more conscious and customer oriented than other technicians we have had here in the past.
Is that a possibility?
We still have lots of crab grass in our yard and have paid a ton to not have weeds, what is the issue do you think???

John Matta is our Trugreen technician and I wanted to give you some feedback on his performance. John always knocks on our door when he arrives to let us know he is here. He is kind and so polite. He then goes about his job and does thorough work and in a timely manner.
When John is finished, he documents what he did and whether to we should keep our pets off of the lawn, should we water, etc.
He never fails to hang his report on our front door knob if we are gone. Our yard is the best it has been in years!
We appreciate John so much.

Mario is the best technician. Compared to previous techs, he is the most personable, knowledgeable, conscientious, and polite. Previous tech could not answer my questions and appeared to poorly service my lawn. If at all possible, make Mario “my permanent technician.”
Additionally, my yard is Zoysia. Please treat to get rid of unwanted grasses. I’ve made this request before but Trugreen seems to ignore me. By the way, Mario has only serviced my yard one time. Previous techs and manager don’t to care.
My yard is prettier and healthier.

I like the fact that your organization will send a specialist back out to retreat the lawn if weeds begin to appear sooner than expected.
The specialists are professional and are always willing to answer any questions regarding services.
I don't have to worry about my lawn. I have, in the past, tried to do the fertilizing etc and it is just too much for me to do along with everything else I have to do. Letting TruGreen take over my lawn care was an awesome decision!
My technician today was very polite and explained the treatment. He made a point of saying he had tried to come previously but the gate was locked. It is very important that I receive a call beforehand in order for me to unlock the gate for access to my back yard. Our gate is kept locked for security reasons.
I would rate Noah Hatfield as a 10.

Also, Chris the manager of the Columbus Ga TruGreen branch is extremely helpful and responsive when my lawn needs a supplemental treatment for pests, weeds or brown spots.

The lawn specialist takes their time and seem to care about doing a good job. John Matta from branch # 5127 always seems to be treating my yard as if it's his own. He is very good at communicating what he is doing and why he's doing it.
