Daniel Hatfield did the service on my lawn today and i would just like to comment that he did a very good job. He arrived and came to the door to very politely announce to me that he was here for the service (there was a phone call the night before saying that he would be here today), efficiently made the application to the front yard and backyard, and the came to the door again to announce that he had completed his application and asked if there was anything else he could do for me (my lawn) while he was here. I responded no, not at this time and thanked him and wished him good day. He did the same and left.

First, I do appreciate the call letting me know you are coming. When he gets here, he always knocks on my door to let me know he is here but, the most important, he always remembers to close back and lock my gate remembering I have a dog.
I'm sure he has many, many yards he goes to but he remembers my precious pup.
Letting your customers know you take time out to think of us as individuals makes all the difference.
