The committment of your technicians is truly above and beyond when it come to taking care and recommendation of what we need to do as the customer when it come to our lawn. The service was very good and my yard is pretty close to where I want it, with the exception of some weeds that bleed over from our neighbor's yard and what washes into our yard from other houses up the street after a rain.
John Matta, Branch # 5127, serviced our yard the other day and did a nice job...very efficient and professional. We are happy with the look of the yard at this time and appreciate rapid responses to address issues that TruGreen and your service professionals have provided in the past.
Prompt and courteous
The managers are always friendly and helpful when I have a problem. I had some issues with some of my grass dying but once I voiced my concern the managers came out and help me fix the issue in a timely manner. My lawn has never looked so good thank you Trugreen.
Mario always tells us what he did, what to expect and what he recommends. It is always a pleasure to talk to him because he is so friendly and respectful.
We are not interested in the tree and shrub spray. We do not need airation anymore.
