We are new, so I can’t attest to wether or not the actual service will work, but I’m confident it will. I can say that the Specialist, Izieah T., did a great job. He went above and beyond to find out house, even though it does not show up on GPS yet. He didn’t give up, found our house, was polite and professional. So far, we are glad we have chosen TruGreen to handle our lawn needs.

I have requested assistance due to the ineffectiveness of your weed treatment. I asked a technician to treat the lawn for "Florida Splurge" and he advised me could not do it at the moment, but he would put in a service request. This was over one week ago and no one has been out or contacted me. No contact, no treatment and the weeds keep spreading.
I started as a Chem Lawn customer in 1988 and stayed with you when you became Trugreen (2003). I can choose any company, however I have been loyal to your company, also never late with a payment.
Please have a technician come to my residence and treat the lawn.
