My only issue and why I cancelled my service is I never got my parking area clear scaled per my request. I tried multiple times to convey my requirements but it never seemed to equate to action. So I gave up.

The specialist James Estes was on time and very informative. He let me know the clump of grass in my front lawn was dallas grass and not crabgrass and let me know he would get it taken care of. His knowledge of my lawn was personal and informative. I could tell he takes a lot of pride in his work.
When u see mole issues n yard like last visit there is no documention as to where issue is n yard so I can treat it
I like the notes on my bill - that the Technician notices about my lawn. The Technician is very prompt. Whenever I have a question about anything pertaining to my lawn - they are very pleasant on the phone.

When I asked him about other services, he presented them in an informative, non-aggressive manner. He gave me the facts and wasn't pushy in the least. I appreciate that. He said he would follow up the following day with a phone call. Even though I wasn't home to catch his calls, he was true to his word.

The products you use are great for my yard. The service specialist, especially Tyson, are knowledgeable about the service they are performing. They always listen to my concerns and provide with advice to answer those concerns. My yard is looking much better each year.

Until last year, I was very pleased with your services. Last year, I didn't get real good service. If you look at my record, you will see that I called several times.
I really like the young mad that serviced it last week. He told me it looked really bad and that I had a lot of thin areas and thatch.

That grass looks great. That grass is the greenest grass on the block. The only thing we do different, than any other company on the street is TRU GREEN.
