Terrell Sanders was here 3/19/18, apparently while I was in the shower. As predicted by local TV forecasts, shortly after his visit we had severe thunder and a rainstorm. He was supposed to do an aeration and seeding. I sincerely think any seed he put (especially) in the back yard which needs the application the most was washed away with the heavy rain because the areas needing help most are "thin" and, in some cases, bare.
IF he only seeded the front, the turf is thick and THIS IS NOT THE AREA THAT REALLY NEEDS HELP.
It is still raining. I found his notes blown behind a bush because of the severe weather. I doubt very much this trip is going to benefit my lawn and if this severe weather proves my "hunch" to be right, I will not be paying for seed that gets washed down the gutter. There is a HUGE chance he will have to return to re-apply seed and treat the lawn.
