I have to say I was VERY impressed with the gentleman that came out and serviced my lawn today. If possible, I would like to have him be my permanent lawn care specialist. The only reason I gave 9/10 score was because you always send a different specialist to my house, I don't like that. I always have to show the property line to each new person that you send, as well as the problem areas in my yard. It gets old :(

The service is fine but my yard extends 10 feet past my fence in the backyard and that are is not being treated. Please advise the technician to treat that additional area.
