The treatments are provided on schedule and a notice is left by e-mail and sometimes as a flag in the yard so I know they've been here. My grass is looking better, and my flowers are blooming well.

I wasn't there, but it appears from my Ring that the technician did a good job. I was wondering thought how they know what to apply to my lawn if they come out and spray without checking to see what is going on with my lawn first. I did not expect a service application yesterday thought because I spoke with Trugreen about the problems I'm seeing with my lawn, and I was told that they would take a look at my lawn and do an assessment only. I did not want my lawn to be serviced until they assessed the concerns I had with it. One last thing, I would like to know why the charge is $44 when I had been told in the past by the person I spoke with when I called that it would be $40 which is what I paid last time. Thank you.

It is ok but my grass is pretty brown right now. Not sure but probably due to hot weather and lack of rain?
No problems other then I wish they would blow the excess fertilizer off the concrete into the grass just because our pets tend to want to lay on the concrete to chill.
