I started using True Green several years ago after I noticed large patches of what looked like dead grass. While I fertilized my yard and applied other treatments, I’m not an expert in lawn maintenance. It took less than a year to make my lawn amazing again. One of the best aspects of True Green is the year end aerating and over seeding they do. To rent an aerator and do it myself wasn’t going to happen. So glad someone does it for me.

Still have a problem with damaged area caused by when applicator rolled over during application. Approximately 10’ square area burnt by fertilizer.
Notification on time a day before maybe 3 days before you call and then we had a weed problem and it seems like the neighbors weeds are growing into our line we have beautiful lawn and so I had called TruGreen about it and my understanding that they treated the weeds as well thank you

Good product, however service was scheduled for 10-21-22. Was waiting to turn irrigation system on until after technician came. However, he didn't show up until 10-26-22. "Trudy" phone call or some type of notification letting me know he wouldn't make it on originally scheduled date would have been helpful and much appreciated.

They will come back and apply again if you are not happy with the desired result. The technician arrives when scheduled unless a weather delay. All the employees have good customer service and are enjoyable to speak with.

The lawn looks good with some exceptions and your routine treatments are helpful without my having to call every time.
I receive an e-mail telling me when my lawn service date is as well as who will be completing the service. If I have any lawn issues between my lawn service dates, all I have to do is contact TruGreen and someone will be sent out almost immediately to resolve the problem. I also receive an e-mail after my lawn service is complete telling me what was done and any recommendations following the service.
