Its been 2 years since I started services with your lawn services and I have been satisfied with the outcomes of my lawn up to this date. I have no idea what your technician treated my yard with last month and this month, but it has made my yard worse. I sat and watch him treat my yard yesterday 4/5/22 with, "Granular Fertilizer Plus pre-emergent and he did not walk my yard, but you charged me $94.10 for a service I did not get. My yard looks like I haven't had any services. When I call the number on my receipt and ask them to come back they charge me again for the same service. This is very concerning to me, and i don't know what to do.
Please help and advice me on what to do next. I'm retired and can't afford to throw my funds down the sewer this way
