Good service, however would prefer a 2 day notice of when service would be performed rather than 24 hours or less.

I like they come as scheduled, leave automated call message at least a day before coming (so the dog isn't in the yard), they will do extra visit to re-check on problems with trees/shrubs timely, they leave a helpful friendly flyer on the door with details of the visit, send reminders on payments/invoices which includes details on the service visit. The treatments are provided on schedule and a notice is left by e-mail and sometimes as a flag in the yard so I know they've been here. My grass is looking better, and my flowers are blooming well.
