You do the right service in the right time
I think your technicians should enjoy their jobs more and actually take pride in their work. Often times I see they just spray in the vicinity not spend much time on the premise. Other than the initial spray where they used a good amount of product, all the other times it has been very minimal and in and out very quickly.. less than 5 minutes. This last spray it seems like the front wasn’t sprayed as I have had a lot more mosquitoes this month. Haven’t sat on the deck yet this month in the afternoons or at night but I imagine I will encounter the same result. With all the bushes I have front and side if they sprayed correctly it would take more than five minutes not just a pass through.
Other that I believe the product is great and worth spreading the news about.

Except for your annoying "I noticed you have moss. That's caused by excessive .moisture and shade. " comments, most everything else in your service is good.
I work very hard to maintain my little third of an acre to make it look attractive
But your technicians appear to follow a company policy to never acknowledge a homeowner ' s labors to beautify his property.
Rather, they most of the time jump on anything that looks unattractive...nearly always negative...like it would kill them to ever mutter a compliment.
While discouraging and annoying,
I am still customer after some 30 years. And yesterday I spent four backbreaking hours mowing then hand spreading Scott's moss killer that set me back $80 from Jed's Hardware in Holden.
You're not the only ones who detest moss.

My lawn is as full and green as it ever was. Very satisfied.
Provides prior notification of each scheduled service. Good repeat service if not completely satisfied.
I only get the chemicals needed for my yard, not for a problem a near-by neighbor has, so I guess the custom treatment of my yard.
All my fertilizations were great this year. (1st time in awhile) Tech Levy Walker is excellent, polite, knowledgeable and very thorough

Charlie O'Connell visited our property last week and he was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and outlined steps to remedy our property. I would highly recommend TruGreen because of Charlie!
Explantation of lawn issues I had were addresssed by Charlie in detail.
He was thorough and answered all question. Also gave me suggestions on how to fix the lawn and how I can improve the lawn next year if I continue working with Tru Green.

I did switch to another service for a few years after having communications problems with True Green. I did came back this year. product, service and communication problem have not been
an issue so far ! I do have a locked gate to a pool in the back yard and need advanced notice
for safety and legal reasons !

Lawn is green with minimal weeds
Today, Matt Zhe (lic#50976) performed our service. I wanted to speak with him about a couple of weeds types invading the lawn. Matt was very professional, knowledgeable and took the extra few minutes to explain how herbicide would stop and prevent further weed damage. I really do appreciate great customer service and I hope him supervisor Michael Reed will convey what a great job he is doing.
