I am very satisfied with my services. Not long ago the manager, a Mr O’Connell, came out to discuss my problem with moss. After that TruGreen ceased being a faceless company. Thru years of Chemlawn and before I only knew the service technician and those came and went. Mr O’Connell gave me his number, urged me to text him if I had questions. And I do, probably more than I should. And he comes out and walks the property with me and makes suggestions and offers services or recommendations. So, yes, I’m happy with TruGreen.
The manager that came out to offer comp services for the damaged lawn was genuine, I feel he will get the lawn looking like it should in a reasonable time frame.
I’ve been more than pleased with the personal service and his knowledge of our lawn that Charlie O’Donnell has given to us the past 3 years. I don’t think I have ever emailed him for something that he hasn’t come through on it. Our lawn has been beautiful this year and seems like it will be next year too. Thank you, Charlie!

I like the fact that I was notified telephonically a few days prior to each scheduled service. All the Specialists were very professional, provided detailed reports after each visit and answered any questions I had. And the response for my concerns were addressed promptly.
My trees and shrubs looked amazing this year. We had so many blooms and berries on our dogwood that the branches looked like they were going to break. I will have to do a fair amount of pruning this fall.
Our rhododendron, is already full of tight buds just waiting for the spring to come.

I think a lot of it has to do with Charlie O'Connell. He went above and beyond to rectify a problem. I was ready to switch services after many years with TrueGreen and Charlie convince me to stay and that he would rectify the problems and he did what he promised. TG would have lost a long-term customer if it was not for Charlie.
I does depend on the person who is servicing your yard. This past year hjas been excellant, Prior years not so. Now that I know I will continue to be interactive with the service person. Many years have gone bye that I think could have been better if the servicr was like this year. He was very good and we solved some problems.

Had a serious Grub problem and needed professional advise from TruGreen. Spoke with Charles O’Connell, Customer Experience Manager, from the Franklin, MA office. He made a special trip to my residence to inspect the lawn damage and make recommendations for TruGreen to help correct and restore my lawn.

Excellent services. Dedicated, responsible friendly workers.
Sometimes things do not go as planned. Mistakes happen. At was the case with our lawn. Charlie and his team have gone above and beyond to make sure that things got fixed and taken care of. We know that come spring if it not quite right, they will be there to make sure the job gets finished.
Charlie was great in arranging to have our lawn reseeded..Needs few more seeds this month and we should be set for the Spring.
I very happen about the attention our "lawn" is getting from your company and Charlie O'Connell. He has been very helpful and I feel confident the grass will take hold before Winter comes.
